The pre-vet society is here to create a fun learning environment for all the pre-vet students at UPEI. Our goal is to help students continue their education in veterinary medicine and to provide activities to make our undergraduate experience memorable.

We are looking for new executive members for:

Frankie Jr. Arnold

Frankie is a 4th year pre-vet student from Bermuda! Frankie has experience working as a veterinary assistant in Bermuda and hopes to pursue a specialty in orthopaedics or radiology.

Lauryn Craswell

Lauryn is a 3rd year pre-vet student from Rustico, Prince Edward Island and enjoys helping at her aunt's kennel, especially when assisting with delivering puppies! Lauryn wants to pursue a veterinary career with a focus on exotic or marine animals.

Shanelle Berthier

Shanelle is a 4th year pre-vet student and has over 5 years of experience working at a veterinary clinic. Shanelle is passionate about pursuing a career in small animal medicine or emergency.

Alexa is a current 2nd year pre-vet student from Newfoundland. After a recent trip to a wildlife rehabilitation centre in Costa Rica, she is interested in pursuing wildlife vet med.

Samantha Daling

Samantha is a 4th year pre-vet student from Pictou County, Nova Scotia and grew up on a dairy farm, turned to sheep farm. Samantha's worked on a sheep farm for two summers before working as vet assistant this past summer. She wants to become a large animal veterinarian in the future.
